Questions we get asked
Will it work with my supplier?
Send us your supplier's link and we will check it for you. Most Indian wholesale sites work.
What happens to my existing products?
Nothing. Products you added yourself are left alone. And if you edit the title or photo of a synced product, we do not overwrite it — only stock and price keep updating.
Is automatic price updating risky?
If a supplier price moves by a large jump, the sync stops and messages you instead of changing it. You decide what to do.
What happens when my key expires?
The sync pauses. Your store and products stay exactly as they are — nothing is deleted. Renew and it picks up from there.
Does it work with WooCommerce?
Yes — Shopify and WooCommerce both, and you can connect both on the same plan.
